Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy law regulates the financial and legal position of a merchant, either an individual or a company, who can no longer cope with his obligations. This practice area also investigates the intermediate status before merchant’s bankruptcy, such as consolidation through reconciliation with the merchant creditors. Through this process, law protects the merchant from his creditor’s claims and gives him reasonable time in order to restructure his debt and continue his commercial activity.

Our law office can provide both judicial and extrajudicial advisory service on issues concerning bankruptcy law, such as:

• merchant or commercial company bankruptcy

• reconciliation procedure

• bankruptcy revocation

• reorganization plan
