Labour LawThe Labour Law consists of all the legal rules which regulate relations between employers and employees. Nowadays, rights and privileges of the latter are constantly set aside, not always under the responsibility of the former.
Due to increasing pressures, labour laws are continuously reformed and both parties of an employment relationship are thus weakening. The purpose of our office is to give advices to any question asked and ultimately the judicial resolution of labour disputes, including the following:
• modification, termination and annulment of individual labour contracts
• redundancy payments
• contracts for independent services
• damages for working accidents
